Variety Needs A Full Time Position

For weeks, Variety has been working as a temp for this job and she wants to move up to a full time position. She has a conversation with her boss about maybe moving her to something permanent but he gets real with her; she hasn’t made an impression on him and he doesn’t see her as a full time employee. In fact, he hardly finds her competent at all! She pouts as he lists the reasons she fails as a model employee, including wearing flip flops to work when everyone else is in business casual wear.
